Just had to feature one of my sister Janine’s lovely pencil drawings. It is of a Japanese Geisha sculpture in my garden. Jan has included a crane on the collar of the kimono as this picture is being presented at an artshow for the launch of Annette LeBox’s new book a Circle of Cranes.

This is Sharon’s watercolour of an exquisite ivory and bronze bust by Charles van der Stappen c. 1897 entitled “The Mysterious Sphinx”. Coolest sculpture ever (except for the ivory part of course).
